No air conditioning in eating area. Hall way Too hot

Was having difficulty in getting clean towels to the room, also the neighbor were very noise for 3 days in a row.

Most of facilities inside rooms and public areas are running down I paid hotel for 10 nights but I and my family only stayed for 7 nights and then left for another one because hotel is lack of kid club , swimming pool is poor care with mosses …that’s: why there were very few people to swim Restaurant’s floor is broken with many places

The location is great it’s near the beach and night market. I love the pho served during breakfast.

It’s a little hot in the lobby. And there’s only little option for the mains during breakfast.

A spacious room with sea view, comfty bed

Breakfast was disappointing, many dishes, but nothing to choose. Non understandable dishes, terrible coffee, only 1 toast mashine for all guests??‍♀️ (only egg station and fruits was good)But THE MOST TERRIBLE is beach line, full of garbage

Rooms are so spacious. Also right front of the hotel there is a bus number 19 station. Which is free bus to center. Also free buggy service to the beach

There are 2 bicycles u can ride around but it is a bit old. it is time to buy new cycles

Extremely outdated hotel. Lots of stains on walls and furniture. Staff lacked any enthusiasm and were not very helpful.

Rooms are v.nice from my room view was v.nice pool and sea view,breakfast was v.nice(lavish], location is v.good,mkt is just 3mins walk, night mkt is just 12mins drive

Everything was perfect for me

Staff were amazing. The room was clean and comfortable with an amazing sea veiw. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. The location was great for the seaside. The pool was very welcoming. Massage service was excellent and good value.

There was no barfridge in the room. The advertised rooftop bar was closed. Looked forward to spending time on the rooftop, enjoying the view while sipping delightful cocktails. But alas it wasn't available.

It was quiet at night, large room

It is nowhere near a 5 star hotel, food is worse than terrible, waited over an hour for my food it came up cold and was the wrong order. I ate it because I was starving, any other time I would have sent it back.

The the room not even finished would be bad the pain the war chip the wallpaper come off is a really ugly hotel read about. I’m not coming back there. Sorry man.

Location poor No drinks served outside Rooftop bar closed No Aircon in restaurant No gin for gin and tonic Staff didn't know how to make a margarita No vegan options We stayed 3 hours and booked out .Rebooked at Thahiti beach and paid through booking.comWould like a refund arranged .Can you look into Colin Brighton

The lobby looks cozy and relaxing. The room was so refreshing as we stayed on beach front. The staff is very helpful especially Ms. Thao and Mr. Giau from Reception? All my requests have been granted. I will not hesitate to come back and recommend it to my friends and colleagues. Keep it up guys.

The pool is quite small. The breakfast was not that great but over all its okay.

This is not a 5 star hotel at all. Room not that clean, carpet had stains all over it.Food not that great either, did not want to eat there, every dish came out cold.

The room smelled moldy and had some water stain. There was a mouse in the eating area. One pillow per person. Charged extra cot per night rather than one time fee. Check out was complicated.
